OH-KY-IN and QCEN will be hosting a VE Exam Session on Saturday, May 22nd at 10:00 AM ET for all three license levels, technician, general and extra.
The exam session will take place at Education Matters – 2104 St. Michael Street, Cincinnati, 45204. This is the old Saint Michael’s School at the corner of St. Michael Street and Burns Street in Lower Price Hill. There is on-street parking on St. Michael Street. Note this is a location change from what was reported previously.
A fee of $15.00 will be charged. Note that will while pre-registration with OH-KY-IN or QCEN is not required for this exam session, all applicants are REQUIRED to register in the FCC CORES system and receive an FCC Registration Number (FRN) before exam day if they have not already done so. Instructions and a video tutorial are available on the ARRL website. Applicants for upgrades are reminded that they must present a copy of their current license to the exam team for submission with the paperwork.
